  • Electronic Discovery Consulting

Our electronic discovery consulting practice assists other lawyers with their electronic discovery issues. With the explosion of the Internet, email, word processing, and other electronic information, today's businesses create digital information at a rapid pace. We're able to help attorneys with this digital data. We know that many lawyers are not comfortable with digital data, but we bring extensive experience as tech lawyers to the table to assist in this area.

Our attorneys are here to help other attorneys understand and negotiate the electronic discovery process. We can assist with the meet and confer process, depositions, and other aspects of electronic discovery. We are experts in turning the others side's techno-babble into understandable answers that yield evidence.

We can also assist with related issues like implementing a litigation hold and assisting with the development of a document retention policy before litigation arises.

We have strategic relationships with computer forensic experts who assist with the review of electronic records. We work together to sift through email, databases, spreadsheets, word processing documents, servers, and computer hard drives to find the electronic data that wins cases. Regardless of whether our clients are making or responding to e-discovery requests, our attorneys work to aggressively protect their interests and prevail in litigation. Knowing how to ask for and get digital information wins cases.
