Adam S. Feinsilver's Biography
Of Counsel

Adam Feinsilver approaches the practice of law with a practical background in computer technologies dating from the Pre-IBM PC days of the Commodore PET. Adam bridges the barrier between technology, entertainment and the law by applying the law to his true interests. He is a published author and blogger on a variety of tech and entertainment law subjects ranging from copyright in cyberspace to privacy protection for children on the Internet.

Adam focuses his practice on technology and converging entertainment matters related to legal issues such as intellectual property registration and licensing, website and software development agreements and negotiations, outsourcing, domain name disputes, purchase and vendor agreements, and artist representation and negotiations. His legal background also includes corporate contract law, commercial litigation matters, real estate, mortgage law, and bankruptcy law. He has further experience in working with the legal needs of the restaurant industry.

Adam's extensive background in computer and entertainment technologies including video and audio production software suites (such as Cubase, Logic, audio mastering software, Final Cut, and pro-sumer production packages); Unix, MacOS, Windows, and AmigaOS operating systems; various website development technologies and software packages; videogame technologies, history, and market trends.

Mr. Feinsilver is a voting member of NARAS. He has produced, marketed, and performed electronic-based music and operated an independent record label.

Adam focuses his practice of the law on helping corporations and individuals realize their full potential by protecting their legal interest while avoiding legal frustrations.
